1. Order Processing
- All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the following business day.
- During busy seasons, sales events, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email , Call or SMS once your order is packed and ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan): 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping (Within Pakistan): 1–3 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs inspections.
IMPORTANT:
- Delivery time estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, courier strikes, or customs checks.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Free Shipping is available for orders above a certain value (check our website or promotional offers for current thresholds).
- Any special packaging requests (e.g., gift wrapping) may incur extra charges.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email , Call or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your shipment online and view real-time updates.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system after dispatch.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, incomplete, or incorrect addresses.
Certain products, such as herbal medicines, oils, or other restricted items, may not be shipped internationally due to specific country import laws.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

7. Delivery Confirmation & Signature Requirements
For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a notice for re-delivery or collection.
